Outfit Mistakes You Should Be Wary Of

There is nothing more embarrassing than stepping out on to the busy streets looking like a barfed up wardrobe or like you just woke up and grabbed whatever that came in to your sight and decided it was going to be your outfit for the day. Dressing well doesn’t necessarily mean that you are doing it to grab attention from others, it should mean that you respect yourself enough to carry out yourself with high standards no matter where you go. So knowing what you should ABOSLUTELY NOT BE DOING helps a lot. Here are some of them.

Not ironing well

There is nothing more that screams lazy to a professional personal stylist like an outfit that has not being ironed. Especially when you are wearing a shirt for like an interview or any other special event you should take extra care of the collars and buttons. When it comes to cotton shirts, it is indeed quite the challenge to make sure that they are ironed crisp clean, so the trick is to take them out of the drier when they are a bit damp and put the iron on high and iron the inside and out. If you are using a steam iron, it helps that you switch on this option as well. Do the same with other clothes too to make sure that those wrinkles are all gone.

Wash white with white

Any personal shopper Narre Warren would agree that whites are a must have. However if you want to guarantee that your whites remain white, separate your clothes and wash the white with whites. If you have sheets and towels that are also white, don’t make the mistake of washing them together with your every day clothes. Towels tend to give off lint and these may stick on to your clothes. So wash them separate!

Say no to chipped nail polish

Always remember that no nail polish is WAY BETTER than chipped nail polish. Chipped nail polish not only makes your nails look shorter but they also show how unneat and careless of a person you are. So as soon as you notice your nail polish chipping away, either fill it in or take it off.

Faded clothes

Clothes fading over a period of time cannot really be helped. However when you start noticing your clothes fading you might want to think twice on wearing them quite often. This mostly happens with black jeans. So the trick to avoid them fading easily is to wash them inside out on a cold wash for a short time.
